    However, I read somewhere that in "immunocompromised" individuals, a fifth shot is given. So my question is, are people with Sjogren's alone, immunocompromised? I looked up the definition of "immunocompromised" and it seems to apply to people who take immunosuppressive drugs or have "certain kinds of cancer". If you are on prednisone, methotrexate or another immunosuppressant you are immunocompromised.
